How do I care for my clothing?

To keep your items looking great, turn them inside out before washing. Use mild detergent with cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing over the design to prevent peeling or cracking.

How long will it take for my custom order to arrive?

On average, items typically are delivered within 8-10 days from the day the order was placed. Orders typically take 2-5 days for creating and printing your products and anywhere from 7-10 business days to process and ship.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the sizing guide and product details before purchasing. Our return policy does not cover products ordered in the wrong size nor does it cover buyer’s remorse, so we won’t be able to issue you a refund. Please double check the sizing guides to ensure the right fit. Thank you for understanding!

What are your shipping policies?

We currently ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. If order totals over $50 you'll get FREE Shipping (because we'll cover the cost for you!) Once your package ships, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for transit delays, carrier issues or damages during shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we offer international shipping to a number of countries outside of the US. Due to the variances in international customs and taxes depending upon the country, international shipping fees will paid by the customer.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please contact your local post office for assistance. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the delivery, a refund will not be issued. You will need to cover the shipping costs for re-delivery.

What if the wrong item was sent?

If there was a mix-up, please send us photos of the incorrect item and a description and we will process a replacement for you as soon as possible.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

On the rare occassion of an order arriving damaged or defective, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description and quality photos where we can see the issue. We will be happy to assist you and reship the product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please check your order before laundering, as we are not responsible for damage that occurs after use or washing.
